Tech Lead : Job Profile


• As a Tech Lead the candidate has to identify technical risk in project and mitigate with team.
• Should be a Technical Mentor in team. Manage architecture changes by working with architect and team lead. Design and implementation is a key task to be handled for developing efficient product meeting schedule and quality targets.
• The candidate should have experience in building enterprise application based on Microsoft technologies - C#, Asp.Net, WCF, WPF, and SQLServer.
• Has lead a technology team of at least 10 to 15 people and executed full lifecycle projects involving enterprise applications or large software system solution
• Excellent communication, analytical skills
• The candidate should possess good orientation to systems, procedures and process frameworks for product development

Team Lead : Job Profile

• As a Team Lead the candidate should be able to build and Manage team to deliver solution.

• Track project detailed project management plans (incorporating schedule and SOW, Quality plan etc.).
• Plan and implement defect prevention activities at project level, Handle non conforming items according to procedure
• People management including goal setting, appraisal, periodic engagement meetings. Plan and execute actions for people development and career planning.
• Identify project level risks like people, tools, hardware issues, dependencies and mitigate them quickly -100 % risks mitigated and no impact on predictability targets due to misses.
• Experience in building enterprise application based on Microsoft technologies - C#, Asp.Net, WCF, WPF, SQLServer.
• Has lead a technology team of at least 10 to 15 people and executed full lifecycle projects involving enterprise applications or large software system solution. Excellent communication, analytical skills
