Job Description:
Role: Project Lead/Test Lead
Experience: 5-8 yrs.
Skill Required:
• He/she should have experience in any automation tool (Silk, QTP, BPT, Load Runner, Selenium)
• He/she should have in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of testing methods, concepts and processes, and practices these independently.
• He/she should be able to perform a reliable effort analysis and to prioritize tests.
• He/she should have knowledge to create high level planning and to determine a test strategy.
• He/she should have knowledge of tools for test automation.
• He/she should be able to develop complex automated test scripts from a detailed level.
• He/she should have knowledge to organize test management automation.
• He/she should have worked with US/UK clients
• He/she should have good client management and team management skills
