Strong experience in C#.Net, ASP. Net, Winforms (with latest versions like 3, 3.0 )
Should posses good knowledge on designing, familiar with UML, RUP,OOAD, Rational Rose, etc
Familiar with ADO. Net, XML, XSLT
Hands on experience on multi tier application.
Should have Experience in developing web based and windows based applications.
Knowledge of coding practices and standards.
Experience in Object oriented concepts.
Should be good at backend skillsâ€" SQL Server
Should posses good client facing skills
Should posses excellent written and communication skills
Preferred experience BFSI industry exposure
