Do visit www.encorainc.com for more information Skills Required: Strong hands-on experience with .Net, Agile/SCRUM methodology and TDD (Test Driven Development) 2.Experience with rich-client application development with Winforms 3.Experience with integrating .Net applications/products to Java or other heterogeneous technologies 4.Experience with SOA and WCF 5.Experience with Microsoft Office integration, Excel Plug-in and other similar Windows toolsets will be a great plus 6.Exposure to Non-.Net technologies such as Java (as middle tier) and C/C++ (on the client-tier) will be a great plus 7.Experience with Object-oriented analysis, design and programming, UML modeling, database modeling, etc. 8.���Real-life�� experience with Design Patterns 9.Hands-on approach to team management 10.Good experience with Unit Testing processes and tools (NUnit, Nmock and other similar 3rd party tools) 11.Experience with Microsoft best-practices/tools ��� MSF, TFS, VSTE and others 12.Able to manage a team of about 7 resources 13.Conversant with latest developments in .Net technologies such as WPF, Silverlight, LINQ, etc. 14.Experience with developing Rich-client Applications in Windows platform, using Winforms, WPF or other similar technologies 15.Strong experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server databases 16.Experience with Perforce Version Management system a plus 17.Past experience of being in product-engineering and Chemical domain a great plus Please send your updated resume along with the following details 1.
