Position-Senior Software Engineer .NET
Exp-4 to 6 Years
Salary- Hike 15 to 20% on Current CTC
Communication skill- Should be Excellent
Notice Period- 1 Month (Maximum)

Interview Feedback of the Candidates interviewed So far :
• The knowledge of the candidates has been average till now and they don’t show expertise when they are drilled down to understand their in depth technical knowledge
• When they were asked solutions to practical problems, they were unable to answer.
• Candidates who were rejected on task of writing code for web serivces were not able to write Industry standard proper code, no Unit testing, no error logging, No usage of webservices or No usage of WCF. This exercise was to evaluate candidate’s hands on experience and knowledge of latest concept how he implemented those in his projects.
• Most of the Candidates has shown basic DB knowledge only but when asked about other activities related to data management, like Complex Queries, DTS, SQL Jobs, data migration, complex SPs, complex relationship of tables then they find it difficult to answer.
• Candidates were not having proper understanding for deployment or release process in general.
• Candidates were not able to understand the requirements.
• Candidates not able to explain about their projects mentioned in the CV
