Exp: 7-10 Yrs
Skill â€" Java, J2ee, XML, Sybase etc.
Should have good communication and analytical skill. Should have experience in project management.
Technical Skills
* Should have 8+ years of IT experience
* Should have strong hands on Java/J2EE, XML, Sybase Technology
* Should have good understanding on OO concepts and consistently applies them in client engagements
* Should be hands on in designing, impact analysis, programming, testing
* Should be good in understanding existing Data Models
Project Planning and Tracking
* Should be able to Plan and Track the project activities using project tracking tools (preferably MPP) and execute development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
* Should provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation
* Should be able to work with offshore-onsite project managers and should have good exposure to status reporting
* Should be able to manage end to end project and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project
* Should be able to manage multiple small to medium projects
* Manages the development of team (team size 6-8)
Misc
* Should be able to manage client interaction and expectations regarding development efforts
* Should be able to communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions
* Should have good Verbal/Written communication skills
