Exp Required: 2-8 yrs

Designation- Developer & Senior Developer

Base location: Mumbai

Technical Skills Required:

**For Developer:

The ideal candidate will possess 2 â€" 4 years of experience in the following areas:

• Object-oriented analysis & design (OOAD)
• Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0(must), 3.5 (knowledge of the CLR, BCL, etc.)
• Intermediate-level competency in C#
• ASP.NET â€" Web Forms, AJAX, MVC
• Hands on experience on WPF, WCF and Linq (any 2)
• Third-party control libraries (e.g. Infragistics, DevExpress)
• XML and Web Services
• Windows Forms
• ADO.NET
• Hands on experience working on SQL Server 2005 - 2008 (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, SSIS, Reporting Services)
• Good knowledge of SDLC
• Should be able to interpret the design document and UML diagrams.

Experience with the following is a big plus:

• Knowledge of CAB, MVVM pattern, WSSF would be an added advantage
• UML and other modeling tools
• Design Patterns â€" MVC, MVP, Gang of Four (GoF)
• Service-oriented architectures
• Advanced C# â€" LINQ, Lambda Expressions, Dependency Injection
• ADO.NET Entity Framework
• Enterprise Library
• Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
• Silverlight
• SQL Server 2008
• Team Foundation Server

Non-technical Skills:

The ideal candidate should also possess strong communication skills and have experience working in teams

**For Senior Developer:

The ideal candidate will possess 4â€" 8 years of experience in the following areas:
