POSITION Lead Developer
RESPONSIBILITIES • Create design documentation for review prior to implementation, and for maintenance purposes.
• Write new software and enhance existing software, paying attention to quality and detail.
• Test your software thoroughly for functionality and performance using automated tests.
• Investigate bug reports and provide fixes or explain software behaviour.
• Review technical documentation for accuracy.
• Create or update automated test harnesses for new software products.
• Should be a self starter and should be able to track his own tasks

DURATION REQUIRED Indefinite.
AREA OF EXPERTISE Development skills in Java/J2EE on windows platform, preferably in Security domain.
Exposure to Unix platform, preferably Solaris.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED • Programming in Java., familiarity with C# an asset
• Web programming experience in J2EE environments
• Familiarity with JUnit and other automated test frameworks
• Model/view/controller patterns for UI development
• Technical familiarity with many of the following products and technologies:
o Tomcat
o IBM WebSphere Application Server
o WebLogic Server
o HTML generation from XSL + XPath
OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED Good Analytical/Problem solving skills/Self starter
REQUIRED EXPERTISE Java/J2EE, Web Programming
APPLICATION DOMAIN, if any • Security domain is preferable
• Knowledge of network and internet based software is an advantage
EXPERIENCE (YEARS) 6 to 8 Years
