Net requirement:-

Should be very good at .Net ,WCF, WPF skills. Should be excellent in communication. Should liason with customer for requirements and lead the project team. Good to have integration knowledge with SAP. Communication should be good. Candidate should understand the life cycle (waterfall & agile/spiral); should be able to guide the customer towards a feasible solution and should be able to mentor a developer in coming up with the solution. Should have a working knowledge of build cycles, release methodology, & Source control.
