The class is designed for students seeking to solidify their troubleshooting skills, master structured troubleshooting approach and spot their weak areas. The ultimate goal is fully preparing candidates for the Troubleshooting section of the new CCIE R&S Exam. This is the only product in the market, targeted exclusively at troubleshooting topics.

The lecture portion of class covers topics such as structured troubleshooting strategies and their application to isolating issues found at different layers of seven-level reference OSI model.
