Design Skills
Ability to understand different technical designs
Capable of designing simple Requirements
Development
Ability to code based on the design, adhering to coding standards
Performs unit testing for different scenarios and does a good self review of the code
Work Management
Ability to plan and prioritize the day to day work assigned and effectively completes task with expected quality in time consistently
Should be able to identify problem areas and resolve the same logically with minimal guidance
Reports the work done to the reporting manager effectively and provides complete visibility to all stakeholders
